Our educational approach is rooted in accessible, practical education guided by lived experiences and a commitment to cultivating equity and belonging for transgender and nonbinary people. We believe in meeting people and organizations where they are at in their learning journeys, understanding that we are coming together with different experiences, perspectives, and information. At MTPC, we know education must be accessible, actionable, and informed by the real, diverse, and evolving experiences of transgender and nonbinary people.
We offer both short- and long-term engagements that can be facilitated virtually or in-person for groups of all sizes. While MTPC is located in Massachusetts, we accept engagement requests from all over the world!
As the oldest active transgender advocacy organization in the United States, MTPC has over 15 years of direct experience in providing education and training services about transgender and nonbinary people, their experiences, and building community with care, respect, and affirmation. We have provided educational support and services to organizations and industries as varied as healthcare centers, places of worship, government offices and service providers, technology and web firms, schools and school districts including institutions of higher education, community organizations, and large national and international corporations and financial institutions.

- Gain awareness of the historical advocacy efforts that secured legal protections on the basis of gender identity and expression in Massachusetts;
