SUMMARY:Victory Programs Black\, Indigenous\, and Trans Folks of Color Drop-in Space
DESCRIPTION:This drop-in space is a monthly (twice a month) affinity space for Trans and Non-binary identifying People of color\, This space will be one where folks can drop in and out so they can talk and connect with others\, watch movies or shows\, play games and discuss topics that feel important to us. \nGroups will happen on the 1st and 3rd Monday every month from 5pm-6pm \nREGISTER HERE \nAs this program is new\, We will be beginning by establishing Community guidelines in the first month that will support the comfort\, safety\, and growth of the space\, and every 1-2 month(s) we’ll have a group check to add\, remove or edit existing Guidelines. \nThis space is intended to be a low barrier/stress\, social support\, and community-based group for Trans and Non-binary BIPOC\, We see the need for space like this and are ready to launch it! \nThis space will be free of Ableism: Transphobia\, Homophobia\, Racism\, Colorism\, Sexism\, Classism\, Ageism\, Xenophobia\, Islamophobia\, antisemitism\, Slut-shaming\, Fatphobia\, Femmephobia\, Transmisogny\, and Pan/Ace/Intersex exclusion. \n━━━━━━ ◦ ❖ ◦ ━━━━━━ \nVictory Programs opens doors to recovery\, hope and community to individuals and families facing homelessness\, drug and alcohol addiction and chronic illnesses like HIV/AIDS.
