"No Match" Letters and Transgender Workers
Transgender workers face adverse effects if employers receive "No Match" Letters from the Social Security Administration (SSA). A "Gender No Match" letter invades the privacy of transgender individuals by disclosing their personal medical information to their employers. To learn more, click here.

Awareness and Enforcement of Non-Discrimination Ordinances
MTPC has met with the Mayor's office about what enforcement will look like, and at who to report discrimination to and Boston Police Department in regards to arrest, transport, and jail cells for transgender/transexuals.
