A public town meeting will be held once a year and will be publicized online, through fliers, postal mail, and local newspaper calendars. This will give both MTPC and the community an opportunity to share about issues and concerns and strategize any action that is needed as well as inform MTPC of the political needs of the communities. The agenda will be made available to all who request it beforehand. An anonymous feedback box will be available at all town meetings.
